CMA training is a mind, body and spirit activity centered on Jesus’ teachings. CMA training fosters Christ-centered character development, focused-intent, physical, spiritual, and mental fortitude. Over 49 years of training in two Martial Arts, Tang Soo Do and Zu Wei Shu Kenpo, have resulted in a dynamic compressive program that is designed for the highest level of self-defense, flexibility, fitness, and the optimum physical, mental and spiritual well-being! 

Twin Cities Christ-centered Martial Artists (CMA) and all of its affiliated Kwoons (Schools) are a non-denominational ministry. It is most important to highlight that the Centrality of CMA is Jesus Christ! Simply put… We preach Christ! And Him CRUCIFIED! Crucified… without that, Jesus would not have fulfilled all of scripture. This is the core essence of CMA. This is CMA's centrality!

The centrality of CMA IS Jesus Christ, and He as our Lord AND Savior! CMA fosters a direct intimate relationship with Jesus Himself, and He alone! We must fix our eyes on the supernatural Jesus, not the idea or philosophy of Christianity. Jesus is Truth itself! Focus on Him and stay fed, unmoved. He IS as He stated in John 14:6 (NIV) : “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." And in Revelation 1:8 (NIV): “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.”

Christ-centered Martial Artists fervently promotes Jesus Christ’s Great Commission realizing, applying,and defining what He said: Mt 28:19-20 “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
